The Graduation Commencement Ceremonies will be Friday, June 4, 2010 at 1:00 PM, in the New Gym at FSJSS.  Dress rehearsal will be held Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 1:00 PM.  It is very important that all grads and their candle bearers attend.  A short prom “grand march” practice will also be held after the dress rehearsal. Tickets for the Commencement Ceremonies will be available at lunch in the main hallway: May 3 – May 6.   There will be 8 tickets allotted per graduate.  This will likely take us to maximum capacity (for fire safety).  Please return any tickets that you know you will not be using by May 21, 2010, as there is a list of requests for more tickets in the school office.  Extra tickets will be issued from the returned tickets on May 28, 2010.  Please note that all outstanding fees and grad ceremony costs must be paid before tickets will be handed out. The grad write up forms (what you want said at the ceremonies about you), candle bearer (please only 1 candle bearer per graduate as we will be tight for seating) and walk up partner forms were handed out April 20 and 21 (extra forms available in the office).  Please return the completed forms by May  6, 2010 to the school office. Local Scholarships/Bursaries Graduates: please note that most local scholarships and bursaries are due at the end of April. Grade 12's:  Please check early admission dates (for post secondary institutions) and scholarship and bursary deadlines.
